Releases one vinyl EP as guitarist and co-lead vocalist with U.K. band horseland.

Assistant engineer and freelance engineer at Berlin's Hansa Studios (under the name Shannon Strong). Productions include Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds (The Good Son), Anita Lane (Dirty Pearl), David Byrne (The Forest), Goodbye Mr Mackenzie, Irmin Schmidt, the Berlin Philharmonic, and U2 (Achtung Baby).

Records four original songs with producer and multi-instrumentalist Mick Harvey and guitarist Hugo Race at Berlin's Vielklang Studios, engineered by Matthias "Schneeby" Schneeberger: Whiskey Well, Matter of Time, Dead and Gone (with Leningrad Sandwich frontwoman Annie Lloyd on backing vocals), and the instrumental interlude Sweet Dreams in Rockaway.

Backline roadie for Daniel Lanois' For the Beauty of Wynona European tour.
 
 
  1995
Featured in German documentary "Lost In Music: Out of Country". Performs two original alt-country songs, I Can't Count On My Man and Demon Alcohol, accompanied by Alex Hacke (Einstuerzende Neubauten, Jever Mountain Boys) on guitar and Moritz Wolpert (Jever Mountain Boys) on snare drum.

Records four original songs at Daniel Lanois' studio with engineer Mark Howard: Darlin', Southern Eve, I Never See the Sun, and My Lullaby.
 
 
  1996
Daniel Lanois and director Billy Bob Thornton place Darlin' in the soundtrack for the independent film they are producing, to be called Sling Blade.
 
 
  1997
Sling Blade wins an Academy Award for Best Screenplay Adaptation. Darlin' is not eligible to compete in the Best Song category because it was not written specifically for the film, a requirement of the Academy.

Plays solo acoustic set at Austin's annual South by Southwest music festival.
 
 
  1998
Returns to Berlin to work on material. Live gigs include Ex & Pop, Tacheles and Das Institut (accompanied by lap steel guitarist Zzup Comanche).
 
 
  2003
Records All's Well with My Soul and Fallen Angels, the final two songs on what will become her full-length debut CD, at Daniel Lanois' studio with engineer Adam Samuels.

Performs Darlin' with Daniel Lanois at Boulder's Fox Theatre.

Releases Matter of Time independently on Hoof & Antler label.
